Pretty sure I suffer from GERD, have raised the end of my bed but here is my question.

Due to some other health problems, overweight, high blood pressure, anxiety. Haven't been eating right.

Now know your supposed to eat every 3 hours or so, small meals. My questions is this.

with GERD your not supposed to eat 3 hours before bed. and if you sleep 8 hours thats 11 hours without eating is, that ok. to go that long without food?

trying to lose weight to get down to a normal weight.

any advice would be appreciated.
