I am getting all my upper teeth pulled. Upper side of my jaw is very swollen. I notice that I either have some chips of my wisdom tooth left that’s causing it or either it is part of the jaw bone! Any home remedies anyone knows of?

I don’t understand why you are getting all upper teeth pulled. Do that white things feel sharp to your tongue? If you're in pain and your meds have run out, try ibuprofen, aspirin or Tylenol. They may be bone splinters. I don’t think that is the reason for getting all teeth out. At least try to contact another dentist and get advice on what to do in the interim.
