I am a guy and have a gf and I think she might have experimented with her best friend, I might be just overthinking it all but I think she has. How would I found out if they did or not without her freaking out on me?

If you think she is "cheating" on you then you could ask her. Everyone reacts differently so it's hard to say how someone you've never met will respond. She might be glad that you know.
