Does anybody know any good tips/treatment to help with hair growth? My hair grows very slowly, I feel self-conscious with short hair
It is taking a toll on me, is there anything that can speed up the hair growing process?
Also, my hair is unhealthy. It is dull & lifeless. What can I use to bring back the shine & make it smooth?

You could go to a local CVS and pick up products like Rogain or something. They usually have shampoos and conditioners for thinning hair but im not sure and good name brands. but i no Rogain is a good one and thats for hair regrowth.
