Help! My husband can't sit still. He constantly have to do something with his hand.

While whatching TV he will either scratch himself, roll a peace of material from his cloths between his fingers, picking the seam of something, keeping beat with his fingers or any thing to keep his hands busy.

This is very irritating and I want to know wether this is a medical condition and is there any help/cure for it.
