I have that very same feeling it went away after a couple of months but now its back again its not hurting or anything but it is very annoying anyone know the cure? Hwever a lot of people have it I thought it was something unique at first and i was going to die but i don't think so anymore false alarm
yeah its really in there deep. I think its now penetrated. Cant get it out with water or juice. Should i try milk or tea??? please help!!!!!
How did this turn out for you? I have been having this hairy tongue/ throat feeling off and on for about a month now. I end up freaking out, thinking it's gonna swell shut. Scares me so bad ..
I agree sounds like thrush. Overuse of antibiotics :( if it's bad enough you'll need oral antifungal.
I usually get this feeling when I have a cold or have a flu, it feels like theres hair or somehing furry in the back of my throat, nor brushing or gargling or dringking anything removes it, I have noticed when I drink hot beverages it is reduced. dont know why it is after a while it comes back and everythng makes me cough , I super feel all dust and perfumes in my throat and I just cough away. eventualy it goes away after my cold or flu goes away. althoiugh cough lingers.

I think it maybe. Cause I have mold in my apartment and my throat feels hairy and when n I blow my nose it looks like black fur.
Hi, i know this post is over a year old but i'll still leave an answer for people with this problem. What you have could very well be what we call a Tonsil stone. Nothing dangerous, but not very pretty. It's actually quite common and easy to remove with your finger, a q-tip or a tool specifically made for that.

Have you see. Your doctor? I have the same feelings and have loads of tests done. In the end I've been told it's a side effect of anxiety and a sensation called globus
I reccomend seeing your general practitioner immediately. It might be a tumor.
