hard sore hairball lump

Ahh that tells us alot! Where is this hard hairball like lump, on the head or someplace else? Is it near the bikni area, on a limb??? Does anythink come out of the lump when you push on it? Is it just a solid thing with hair all on top and possible inside it? yikes that would be kinda like a tumor there.
