i have been experiencing hard white bumps on my perineum lately. they do not itch. im afraid it might be herpes but i am not sure. can anyone help me?

I hope that what you are experiencing is normal, but if you suspect herpes because you've had unprotected sex or have found out that your partner has been unfaithful, you should absolutely go see your doctor in any case.
