dr.shahine from manhattan uses a method where he injects you with liquid enzymes which causes the silicone to extract & drain out. No cutting or lipo & you're awake during the process. He has videos on youtube showing the procedure, check it out. Hope this helps.
Cortisone will take down the silicone but it can also kind of disfigure the skin. Dr. Ayman Shahine on youtube and if you google his name takes out butt silicone.

I am going through the same problems but I found Dr. Gallerani in FL, he cuts it out until he sees healthy tissue. I've been doing research and you should not liposuction it out. Dr G is expensive but think about it this is your health and body. The price can range from $14,000 - $20,000 USD depending on how bad your problem is.
Please stop telling people NOT go to him. He's a board certified surgeon who specializes in removing the silicone. The MRI is to see where the silicone is. He may be expensive but some people are willing to pay that price too have their lives back to normal. On top of that he's going to reconstruct your butt. If you don't want to go to him. That's fine, but stop trying to discourage other people.
