There are many symptoms that accompany fibromyalgia.  These include chronic muscle pain, insomnia, stiffness, difficulty remembering, abdominal pain, IBS,  headaches, jaw/facial tenderness, sensitivity to odors, noise, etc., depression, irritable bladder, intolerance for exercise, and the feeling of swelling in hands and feet.  It sounds like you may have fibromyalgia from the symptoms you have described.  Your doctor will need to do a test to see if you have the classic tender spots they are known to associate with this condition.  You will have medication and other types of therapies recommended to you to help your pain.  Good luck!
