I have no hair on my armpits or chest, and my voice is still quite high. I am 5"5. My penis is 3 inches erect and 1 inch soft. I want to know If i have started puberty and if so, how far am I? Hey again so it sounds like you are in the earlier stages of puberty.... but developing normally..... your semen will start to get more white and increase in volume over the next several months to coupe years and the rest of puberty will also happen :)
