Im 15 in 3 weeks and i was just wondering if anyone knows when my penis will grow, i have a small one, hasnt started growing. My voice broke like 6 months ago and my testicles gave got bigger, dont have many pubes but black down low. And worried. Thanks

Yes you are in puberty.
Not all guys get "big" early. Your penis can grow into your early 20's. Don't compare yourself to others.
