Have you heard of scented tampons?

Hi. I heard of scented tampons, and I tried them. I bought strawberry scented tampons. They gave me a vaginal infection. My doctor told me women shouldn`t use scented hygiene products, such as scented tampons, perfumed soaps, bubble bath or gel. He said many women are very sensitive to certain chemicals these products contain. He also said it is the best not to use tampons at all, and if you use them, you should be very careful. So, I change them frequently, and during sleep I use napkins. I will never ever use scented tampons again. Every doctor will tell you the same story.
