Been overseas and haven't taken my sugar pills, been experiencing brown blood on my underwear for a good 2-3 weeks, I had sex around 5 weeks ago. Does this mean anything?

Not taking the sugar pills, placeboes, should not cause spotting. They are just "reminders." You DID take the active pills, correct?
You can have some spotting/light bleeding if you are pregnant.
