hello im 16 year old male. ever since i've been like 10 my nipples dont pop out like regular men my brother make fun of me well when i get really cold i notice that they pop out alot but when im warm or relaxed there kind of goin in from the middle im kind of getting worried by now. plz can some one help me on how i can make them be poped out at all times plz. almost summer i wana go swimming but i got this problem :-(

Hi I'm not really sure that you can have mental control over your nipples, and that you can pop out them as you wish. Many people have inverted nipples. I have friend with inverted nipples, and he is fine by that. He has no problems with it. I think that your brother is not being fair to you, and i really don't see why is he making fun of your nipples.

As a word of advice from a guy who had a couple of older brothers who tormented him--don't ever take medical advice from your brothers unless they're licensed medical professionals. There is absolutely nothing wrong with your nipples other than your brother's constant taunting of something you can't help. Ignore him, because he has no idea what he's talking about and is just trying to make you feel bad, probably because he's insecure too. I'm sorry he got you worried for no good reason.

I hope that healtandfitnessguy made you think of your nipples in a different way, and not in the bad one like your brother was trying to point out. Older brothers can be really mean to younger ones, just because he is older. And this is very stupid thing. If your brother is behaving you like this, then you should not pay any attention to him. Once again he is not right about you nipples, this is normal thing.
