Pregnant woman should not go on a vacation. But I did. Now I have stomach pain and I don't now what to do. We are, me and my husband, in some mountain village. This people have only one doctor, but he is working in three villages. It is a fortune I have a net connection here, so I can communicate with people. I wonder is this pain dangerous since I am in 3rd trimester? Should we and this vacation?
It is good that you ask. I am a general practitioner, and I advice you to end your vacation now and to see your doctor. There can be a several reasons for your pain. Since you are in 3rd trimester you was not suppose to travel at all. The pain you experienced can be from hemorrhage, preeclampsia (hypertension during pregnancy), uterine rupture, labour pains or some other disease such are perforation of a hollow organ and acute hepatitis. Since you didn't say anything about other symptoms, I sincerely recommend you to see your doctor.
