You're putting a lot of pressure on yourself! The important part about sex is enjoying what you're doing. I don't really know what to tell you... I have similar problems, and I'm thinking of solutions for both of us here. I think the most important thing is communication with your partner about how you're feeling. Maybe take a step back and start touching each other more, try more oral sex. Become comfortable with that and learn to enjoy what is happening without thinking about it. Once you get there, move back up to sex with what you've learned.
