You know you will probably be fine. The reason I say this is because you really didn't do much at all. Yes, it does only take one but from the sound of things the only worry would be pre-cum. Pre-cum does contain sperm but it is a very small amount compared to actual ejaculation. The chances of getting pregnant from pre-cum is very low.
I am a 38 year old woman who would have more than one child if pre-cum got you pregnant more often because the only birth control I used for years was the pull-out method.
