Sir im having this continuous problem of phelm in my throat,chest,nose.feels like its everywhere.it has started affecting my ears also. i feel like 2 scartch my ears all the time. constant headache, i feel so heavy in my chest that i cant breathe properly. im doing yoga at the moment besides taking steam.plz tell me what 2 do...
