Hello
It's me Yolanda.
For all of you young people out there, with all the same symptoms. Fatigue, pain, nausia. Have your blood checked for Fungas and parisites.
My bet is that most of you have been to school away from home. Dorms have mold problems they do not change furnace and a/c filters very often, rental homes are also very dirty. You are not eating right, you are partying, staying up late. So your body can not fight off these things.
Our son went to a Doctor in Sarnia, he found fungas in his blood. He is now on a certain diet and a number of natural pills to fight and kill all the bad stuff in his blood. Your regular doctor does not look for these things, they just say it is common for your age and that it is all in your head.
You will not be on the special diet or pills forever, just 30 days. It's a bit of work but it is worth it. He has been on it less then a week and the results are amasing. Makes sense!!

hi! i am a 22 yr old female and am having many of the same problems... all of these symptoms have been severe the last 2 weeks... i have been tested for numerous things and all the drs say i am completely healthy... everything comes back negative... i have sharp pains around my rib cage and in my back and neck which causes me to be short of breath almost asthmatic so they gave me albuterol which seems to help for about 20 min then it is more severe... i have been unable to eat or drink anything without immediate nausea and vommiting! the severe headaches are the worst i can not lift my head and it seem to be lasting longer and longer with every spell... i typically sleep about 3 hrs a night because i wake up in pain with shortness of breath... i have been lethargic but unable to sleep. very strange no one has been able to help.... i had this happen to me in 2004 but it seemed to fade on its on after a few hollistic rememdies from my local health food store i was taking a parasite cleanse and kelp with a multi female vitamin. but now this is different and more frightening it almost seems as if most physicians ignore all the symptoms they have all focused on one symptom or another and ignored the others... has anyone heard of anything that causes all of the above?

VITAMIN B12 !!!

Hi all. I found this thread last week. I've been experiencing bouts of tiredness (more like complete lack of energy) accompanied by headaches and backaches, and most recently tinglyness in my hands and tracers in my vision. This has been happening to me off and on for over a decade (and i'm 28) and this time around i finally got an answer from a doctor's blood tests!!!

He said my Vitamin B12 was lower than it should be, which meant either i was vegan (and i'm not) or my body doesn't absorb B12 as well as it should. Now I'm taking 4 x 1000 mcg tablets per day. I started taking the pills approximately 26 hours ago and already i feel WAY better!! Please all of you try taking B12 for a while (and take the amount i'm taking, which is 4x more than the bottle says to take, but you cannot overdose on B12, so don't worry).

I hope this simple solution is the answer for us all!

take care.

just wanted to suggest to a lot of the pain, tingling and numbness sufferers that the symptoms may be due to either multiple sclerosis (my husband and mother-in-law have it) or perhaps fibromyalgia. a lot of the symptoms also sound like migraine asnd tension headaches. hope you all find relief.

This sounds like classic symptoms of endocrine problems, specifically the HPA axis problems. Too much sleep, too little energy, headaches, low appetite, temperature intolerance, chronic cold symptoms related to suppressed immunity -all hypothyroid symptoms. There are other common symptoms you'll probably recognize (on google). The sensitivity to light, stimuli, and "reacting badly" is actually adrenal gland insufficiency. This could also be the underlying cause of the hypothyroid symptoms, since the thyroid is "downstream" from the adrenals in the hormone cycle. I'm a nurse and I have similar problems.

I am 48 and have had these symptoms for many years. I too have anxiety so when I get a headache or pain(s), this makes my anxiety level high. I am experiencing the same symptoms as most of you. I do believe that the computer is a BIG part of the neck and shoulder pain but the headaches and fatigue and constant tired-ness... I cannot handle that. I just want to sleep at my desk and I get pretty good sleep during the night so I don't know what's wrong. HELP!!

Me too - have many of these symptoms for at least 4 years. Mine might be related to my neck wear and tear (I'm only 40!). At least four different attempts to improve health- sinus surgery; psyocotrophics; bite gaurd to wear at night, not to clench or grind; Many more sinus infections throughout. pysical therapy, increased exercise, reduced caffine and sugar and undergoing hormone replacement treatment (ERT). Stop taking CHL med (side effect-fatigue-tried this once before and neck and back continued to hurt regardless). Finally a CT revealed buldging disks in my neck and lower babk and arthritis in neck. A few more doctor's visits and maybe we'll have a treatment plan that affect a change! I'm beat tired, super fatigued with stiff and sore muscles..worse in morning and night. (I'm just realizing how much that being going on!) On a side note, my 16 yr old son was having multi ear aches (inner and outer), throat and sinus infections, and anxiety (making up school work)- Four four years,we tried lots of antibodics; we tried removing the wisdom teeth; now, ENT removed his tonsils with a promise that my son's health would be much better after recovery (recovery has been very difficult-the older you are, the worse then pain). He's only 8 days out from surgery and feeling horrible- though all symptoms are text book. Dr said they were "yucky" tonsils and that surgery should make a huge difference in his overall health. So the moral of the story is, maybe consider an injurred neck (all nerves run throught it-limbs get week, tingle, numb, body fatigues), or seeing an ENT to discuss a tonsilectomy - Who knows!

I am 36 and over weight. I have been trying to diet and was doing good. I am under a lot of stress. During all of this I am soooo tired. I have headaches everyday (they wake me up at night they are so bad) I take medication for tennis elbow and not even this helps with the headaches, neck pain, and back pain. I also take xanax for anxiety. This used to work on stress headaches but does not work on this new kind. I want to sleep all day, all night, and have to force myself to stay up. I have no energy for life or my kids. Doctors have checked my thyroid, blood levels, and give me all kinds of meds such as muscle relaxers, pain meds, anxiety meds, and even migraime meds. Nothing helps. How can this kind of illness be hitting so many people and doctors just blow it off?
