To whom ever this concerns,
Sometimes when i feel I'm not stressed or try to calm down my heart will beat a little faster n i lose breathe for a few seconds. Then i take a deep breath and it goes away, sometimes it will happen a second time and go away. Then at once there was a time when it kept repeating and when i got to my mother it had stopped at once. I was able to breathe again. I wonder if it could be bad or get bad.. I also wonder if it could be a disease or from stress. I do have a lot stress and i do go through having anxiety attacks when i stress and I've learned to control them to a certain extent. I do really want to know if there is a way to stop my stressing because my hair is coming out a little more when i do it. I was depressed once and i do think that I still am because of my anxiety.
Thanks for Listening,
Myschel ?

Hi Myschel, I can tell you that stress can be a terrible strain on the body, but I will also tell you that you cannot lose your hair due to stress. It is not one of the reasons that you can go bald so don't worry about that. I will tell you that anxiety attacks are hard to deal with but you will be able to cope. If you can try googling the term panic cure you may find some good resources. Does anyone else have ideas? HOw long have you been suffering with this?
Irregular heart beat happens to everyone. There is more than one kind. Some need meds, others don't. They can come on from stress, caffeine, cold water, alcohol, anxiety, and they make you crazy! I have had mine for twenty years, with no real known cause. It takes more than one doctor to help you on this one. More than one opinion is the best. You have to accept and go on or get ablation, and that does not always work with some arrhythmia's. Good luck. There is more to the story, and it helps to be able to talk to others that have what you have. You are not alone.
Also, what really helps with irregular hearts is meditation, or breathing techniques, and believe me they work, and so does acupuncture. Nothing seems to be a cure. But if you have the time to stick with it, I am sure there is a cure. Coughing, holding your breath, deep breathing, all help to get the heart back. I get it just sitting or laying down, not with exercise. Strange but true. And even on medication, as the doctor said, these will help, not stop what you have. Help means, you won't if you are lucky, have it everyday or for long periods of time. Do not over medicate yourself, it makes it worse. Know your pharmacist, they are a huge help. Sometimes food, supplements, and other medication can also cause irregular heartbeats. Know what interacts with what, it can save your life. Read!
Hi fastbeat, can you teel me a little more about breathing tricks? I know about some techniques but I'd like to know if you know of any others because I think that would be really helpful! Thanks in advance for posting information on it!
