hello everyone...im 21 years old female....recelnty i had some trouble with my heart so i saw my cardiologist who told me to lose weight urgently cause its the main reason for my heart problems...i weight about 278 lbs and beed to lose at least about 90 lbs....i saw a nutritionist who gave me a special diet for thi problem but failed....what else should i do to lose weight?please help me

Plan a healthy well balanced diet. Eat more organic vegetables and fruits. Lastly, exercise regularly per week. At least 3 times.

my uncle had the same problem :O he went to tijuana and did the lap band surgery, first he had a cardiologist evaluation he saw the specialist and the surgeon of the lap band he didn't have a problem because it was a laparoscopic surgery he had only three cuts in his abdominal area and right now he lost 75 pounds in the past two months also he is down on his cholesterol, he is doing much better, he is with a lot of energy he is 62 years old. and he only paid less then a half of price from here.
