the general recommendations for heart transplant patients is to wait for 12 weeks before sternum and chest heal. But once healing is done, and you're not having erectile dysfunction issues, the main worry becomes will you get infected with an STD.
You were wearing a condom, so chances are pretty good that you also got protection from sexually transmitted diseases. The diseases condom can't fully stop are yeast infection and HPV. And there really is no way to tell how big or small are your chances that you caught either one without seeing a physician, doing tests and getting the treatment as soon as possible, if it happens.
