help! chapped vagina and thick white discharge! wuts wrong?

hi, my vagina is chapped, around the labia! its itchy and burns. Also, my discharge is thick and white. ive been discharging more than normal lately. what is wrong with me? do i have a std? can it be treated? Helppp!! im freaking out!
