Hi there! I don’t think that your bleeding gums have anything to do with your irregular periods or breast milk, it could be just a coincidence, however, I am no expert so I amy be wrong.

I think you need to see a doctor because irregular periods and producing milk when not pregnant remind me of excessive production of prolactin, which is a hormone that stimulates the breasts to make milk. Overproduction of prolactin is called hyperprolactinaemia and can occur due to a couple of reasons and all of them need to be checked.

Prolactin overproduction can occur if a person is taking certain medications, if they are hypothyroid or when they have a benign tumor in the pituitary gland. This condition is called prolactinoma. These tumors are very small, less than 1 cm in diameter and usually interfere with sex hormones production. A woman may experience irregular periods, breast milk, have problems with fertility. Prolactinomas can also cause headaches and vision problems if the tumor is putting pressure on the nerves.

This disorder is treated, symptoms are diminished, prolactin production decrease, tumor shrinked, etc.
Now, this doesn’t mean that you suffer from this disorder but it resembles it. It would be good if you made an appointment at the doctors. Don’t start panicking or anything, make an appointment and see what it is, ok? Let me know how it went!

Ok now this month I got period! Now the milk isn't as thick as it were before! Its like water. And my period is back 2 normal. I can't afford 2 go 2 no docter. I have no insurance poilicy. So this disoder can stop me from having kids. I am gonna go 2 the doc when I get some money!

Look, I know that money can be a relevant factor but I wouldn’t play with this. Just because the symptoms subsided doesn’t mean that the underlying cause is gone as well. What if it were a pituitary tumor? I don’t, know I think I would find some money to have it checked if I were you.
