Hello. I'm 46 year old female and I'm just recently I have started to suffer from symptoms for the first time in my life.
You see, all this began about three weeks ago and I first started suffer from headaches and dizziness. I've had these types of headaches earlier in life and I didn’t think this could be anything serious. But, soon after I started to feel almost constant problems with blurred vision and nausea.
You see, I have never experienced anything like this and one good friend told me that I should seek for medical help because all my symptoms lead to one condition called hypertension.
Please help!

Hello. I really don’t know a lot about these things but I know that much to tell you that your friend was completely right. High blood pressure usually causes no symptoms and people who have high blood pressure typically don't know it until their blood pressure is measured.
But some most common symptoms include headaches, dizziness, blurred vision and several others…
I suggest you to contact your doctor immediately and before starting you on any course of treatment for hypertension, your doctor will give you a physical examination. You will most probably discuss with him some lifestyle changes which might help. He will suggest you to start to lose any excess weight, get some regular moderate exercise, cut down on salt and alcohol, stop smoking and have stress management or relaxation therapy.
