Have you got any healthy or natural ideas for dealing with anxiety and depression? I am open to any suggestions other than traditional medication, which I do not want to take. I did in the past, but now I want to beat depression and anxiety through natural means. Thanks for your opinions.
I recently decided to give Calms by Hyland's a chance, and my experience so far is that they really do work, if you do not wait too long until you are in the middle of an anxiety attack. I hate taking medication too if I can avoid it, so this has been a real life saver for me. They have others as well in their selection, so you should have a look at them all.
