Hi, guys. I am a professional athlete and lately I have been experiencing some muscle tension. This especially affects my leg muscles. I don’t have the time to go to massages. Are there any herbs that I can use for this problem of mine? I could drink tea or even make some baths. What do you think?
Hot soaks with epsom salts help alot..as for the herbs...best really to see a naturopath or homeopath ...they really know best...some herbs are toxic..
