I am not a big meat eater and even less of a cook, but since I have been asked to prepare a lunch for some friends, I will have to find out how to cook a nice pork loin. Herbs make the pork loin, or so they say. Which herbs do I need to use? And how about salt? Your information on this subject is much appreciated.
