Hello. I'm 23 year old female and I would like to be more informed about some aspects of heroin usage.
You see, just recently I have met one great guy and I fell in live with him almost immediately. I have heard all kind of stories about him and that, supposedly, he was addicted on heroin, but I don’t believe in these stories. But, I have noticed some strange symptoms.
I haven’t seen any scars on his hands from needles but he is scratching his hands and back all the time. I don’t know anything about this, but it looks kind a strange.
So, I was wondering is there any connection between this itching sensations and possible heroin usage. Are there any other signs of possible heroin usage? Please help!

Hello. I know some facts about this and will gladly share some information with you. You see, just recently, I have had an assignment in school about possible heroin usage signs and symptoms.
you probably know that there are several possible signs that person can notice such as lowered blood pressure, dizziness and shallow breathing, lowered sex drive sweating, nausea and vomiting.
With heroin usage itching rashes, dry skin and infections from dirty needles are common. The rush is usually accompanied by a warm flushing of the skin.
I have also read that in most cases you can't find the scars from needles in their hands because the there are several other possible areas in the body where heroin can be injected.
I'm not saying that your boyfriend is junkie but I would advice you to keep your eyes opened.
