hi am 13 about to be 14 in a month and i weigh 217 pounds i want to loose about 75 pounds before i go back to school i try to eat healthy but all my dad cooks is foods u shouldnt be eating if ur over weight plus i have pcos so it is kinda hard to loose weight to begin with plz help
Hey, do you have any activities you love to do? The best thing would be to find something fun so you don't feel like your working out, ow about dancing or karate? That way you can socialise and still be able to lose weight :)

When I was your age (2yrs ago) I was overweight, and I'll tell you the best thing I ever did, I bought a skipping rope, just 10 minutes a day and I lost 50 pounds in a year!
