Blood shall not come out with your semen/sperm.But different types of sports can cause some bleeding. And an infection too.
Do you masturbate on a hard way,try to do it gently. If it still comes blood,talk to your mother. She will understand, mothers do that. Good luck.
Is this still happening? It's certainly unusual and could be a sign of something serious. It certainly does not come from masturbating unless you are doing it in some really bizarre way. Hint: don't so it on a cheese grater.)
