Hi, I am Swapnill Shivnekar & working as import manager but same time I am suffering form body pain / not filling well and due to this reason my BP will shout up around 170/100, last couple of days taken medicine of ALMY 20 after breakfast
But after move form office I am thought tired, after that I go the local dr. then the said your BP will high that is reason your body and other problem created
I have done my lot of report due to this problem, but all report normal, please help me what do, which medicine suitable or give me same idea to slow this problem form my life
