My boyfriend and I found out two years ago that the protein in his kidneys are high. Hes been on some type of chemo by IV then back on a med called Gendraff. The medicine is not slowing it down now. His kidneys are working 20%. Hes been referred to the transplant doctors. I just read a ariticle on causes of protein, and up to now we thought the protein is what is causing the kidney disease.,but according to the article he had the kidney disease first. My question is what kind of kidney disease causes the kidney to spill alot of protein. What could of caused this kidney disease? Thank you Tammy Godley
