Evening All,
If I start with a brief bit of background: I'm a 24 year old male in very good overall health (uncircumcised). Approximately 4/5 months ago I had my first experience of what seemed to be male thrush, with several days of on overly tender penis and smegma occurring whilst the glands appeared to shed their skin and the foreskin tightened up over the course of approximately 7 days. This would also result in minor tears around the foreskin. I didn't use any medicines at the time but came through it ok.
I have since had a full STI test and was cleared for all tests.
This has since occurred again more than once but having now used a course of clotrimazole (topical) and amoxicilin (oral) I believe I am firmly over the recurring symptons.
However approximately 1 month ago, and amid the last of the suspected thrush occurrences, I developed a small tear/cut on my frenulum and although not having been particularly sexual active in the meantime it has persisted and now appears to actually be a hole in the frenulum.
It seems to bleed very easily with any vigorous sexual activity and is then extremely sore to peel back the foreskin as the 'wound' is re-opened.
I have also noted a quite large, white spot/lump just below the hole which I believe may be preventing it from healing properly.
Would anybody possibly be able to shed any light on what may have caused this and indeed what I might need to from here?
I have included 2 images on the links below. I sincerely hope this isn't against any guidelines or forum practises and if so, please feel free to remove them.
Any assistance would be kindly appreciated.
Does nobody have any idea what might be the problem/solution here?
