trust me i have the same problem, I am 12 and im am 5 foot and i weigh 121 pounds! I always feel so fat. I mean i eat healtheir than my other skinny friends and i eat less than them so why am i the fat one? Its just hard and no one says anything to me but i know what they are thinking.

i am also only 12 and i weigh 130 pounds.. im in kickline and cheerleading at school and i have a BAGGILION allergies and the only fruit i can eat is oranges. The other things i'm allergic to are: tree nuts (everynut except peanuts (bcuz theyre not nuts)) , wheat, ovacado, coconut, environment such as: trees, cats and dogs, pollon, and dust, and many more that i cant even think of :'( it sux being allergic to everything healthy when u try to loose weight. Plus, i dont even drink soda or juice, i just drink tons of water since i was little. And i really want to loose weight before i have to start going to my friends pool parties again :( please help me too ;)

i have the same problem im twelve and 13o pounds first go to a doctor and go to a nutritionist eat healtheir cut down your computer and tv time work out everything counts and dont worry that much but try to prevent anything from happing if you dont have diabetes yet you need to prevent it and good luck :)

i am 13 now. last year i was 12 and weighed over 200lbs. now i way 152( about average for my age). what i did was this: whenever i woke up i would run in place with high knees for about a minute. then i would drink a full glass of cool water. after that i would do a short workout routine consisting of pushups, crunches, and weight lifts. the run in place and the water raise your matabolism for around 1 1/2 hours. that means it will help you lose calories and such... (p.s. i am a boy so i might not appeal to you, but it works)
