I'm 13 an weigh around 173 pounds or 80 kg which I hate!!!! I want to Have a reasonably hot bod by next year when school starts on Feburary the 2nd!!! I'm sick of diets and stuff not working!!!! So I tried making myself vomit which sucks so I stopped, but then I remember when my Dad had diarrhea he dropped like 5 kg in a week, because he could only keep down yogurt and fruit. So i took some laxatives today which will take action in twelve hours!!!! And on my iPod I downloaded a ton of fitness apps and I'm gonna run everyday and bike to school, which will be great as well as cardio and all that jazz so here is to hopeing

Hey girl i get it im 13 128 pounds im 5'1 my family is all very skinny and i want to be like them. I hardly eat anything no breakfast no lunch just dinner im on the track team yet no weight comes off none. I also think i have a thyroid prblem so im screwed. Well i have a docters appointment next week and ive gained 20 pounds since last year and i need to lose at least ten pounds idk what to do!!!!!!!!!!!! please help me please

its going to be ok what i did was that every week i would program a new exercise for example one week i would do 45 minutes in the gym everyday and then the next i would play soccer and even if those boys still pick on you just remember your the bigger person and that you are strong inside.

Hello, okay so I am 16 years old I am cheerleader but not eating much is very unhealthy this is what I did and I lost 60 pounds My mother took me to a counciling office and they asigned me a diet counciler she had me write down what i ate on what day how much and we went from there. I started going to the gym and eating 3 meals a day and 2 snacks. I was 220 pounds and now I am 160 pounds i am still doing what the counciller said and it helped alot I dont want to see young teens not eating because if you dont eat yes your body becomes thinner but when you do eat your body holds on to that fat which makes you heavier i dont know if this help but try making your own goals making your own diet it will help alot more if you are that worried about your weight then you will push yourself to loose it. I hope everything gets better( buh bye

HI my name is micaela and I was going through the same problem, and so was my friend cassandra. I used to way 164.4 pounds and my friend used to weigh 190.5 pounds. But me and her started a diet togather and a exercise routine. It took use about 3 months to lose some of are weight. We used the military diet. And we found some exercise video's that we can both watch, and do togather. We both ate less. And we went through alot of bullying through the process. But as long as we had eachother we could do anything. I am now 143.2 pound's and she is now 156.3 pounds. We both are 13. But we both are trying still to lose are weight. We both go to karate and do stuff there to. So try to find a friend and go through the process with him/her. There's alot of other stuff you can do but this worked for use. Hope I was useful. :P
