Hi I'm 14 and I want to change from my diet of usually chips and pizza. I love cooking, and I've not long turned not-vegetarian, (I don't know the technical word!) but the only meat product I really like is breaded chicken, as I haven't really tried much else. I'm not sure if I like fish, again, I've never tried it. I like things like pasta fettuccine, but I'm fussy and when I have pasta I like it with a smooth sauce and not lumpy veggies. I don't really like veggies either!
I'd love to change my fussy eating habits to something healthy and not something that could make me potentially fat as I get older.
Any help would be truly appreciated!

Drink a lot of water and buy a lot of fruit and use them as snacks. Your desk should be covered in fruit/veggies. Eat them whenever hungry.
