I'm 12 years old,I'm 5.4, and 100 pounds. I go on vacation in 3 weeks! I want to feel comfortable wearing a bikini! Everyone says I'm pushing myself to hard,I've been working out everyday since July 4th,I only drink water. I've been losing weight a little,and getting Moore mussel. But,how to I loose weight less then 3 weeks!? Please comment! Please

I see you're 12 and 5'4" and 100 pounds and you want to lose weight in 3 weeks. Honestly, you don't sound over weight to me but so be it. In order to really burn calories you need to do some serious exercise. You need to bring your body into anaerobic respiration by doing simple exercises as rapidly as you can and repeating those for a number of times. You can try leg lifts, arm rotations and torso bending and do them rapidly. Do this till you are tired and can't go anymore. Rest and begin again within 2 to 5 minutes. See if you can to this for 10 reps and you will burn serious carlories. Although we are beyond your vacation you may still need to do this so give it a try.
