If you had intercourse, you are not a virgin .
If your so religious you wouldn't have sex.
YOU LOST YOUR VIRGINITY, but if you probably didnt get streched. my best advice is to not have sex again until marriage which will most likely not happen sex is a normal thing to do, so there is nothng wrong with it.

LOL! You can be a "born again virgin"....hahaha. sorry, I just thought this was funny, not trying to be mean.
Well, you can't recover your virginity once you've had sex but it's not like everyone will be able to tell if you are a virgin or not.
Way back in the day women would display bloody white sheets after losing their virginity, to prove they were honest their whole life. They bled because their hymen had been broken from having sex the first time. Nowadays women won't really bleed during their first time, because more often than not, woman have already had some type of trauma there. Trauma doesn't have to be intense or painful, but something as simple as riding a bike with a hard seat or going over a heavy bump with it.
If your boyfriend left you after having sex(I think that's what you meant when you wrote your question), I would suggest going to a doctor and make sure you have regular physicals to make sure you're clean and healthy. A doctor has to respect the confidentiality, so they can't just go and tell your parent's that you've had sex.
Like I said at the beginning of my comment you can't win back your virginity(you had intercourse, afterall) but you can make sure you're healthy. And it's really just going to be something that only you and your ex-boyfriend will know. Just make sure you make smart and safe decision's if you continue to be sexually active before marriage, especially if you want to keep it a secret. Whoever you choose to marry in the future probably won't go and inspect you for virginity(that would be just kind of creepy), anyway.
Best of luck to you!
