how can I stop my bi monthly period now with no money

I have not a lot of resorces i live in a very remote location and we have no free clinics A few months back during the end of the year I beld constanly I suffered the bill and when to the "big city" I got cjecked out the docs where baffled at the THREE different two hospitals an one clinic went to they said I was normal no tyhroid problem no exsess stress yad yad i was put on a birth control regimen and some ib-prohen along with a few other things for the neausa the pill caused. toward the last of thebirth control I stared menstruating bi-monthly its really put me out expense wise and i can't afford to go to the doc to get more not that it was helping with the bi monthly periods anyway My big question anything I can do to stop menstraution from home quickly even femine produts are getting to costly with often i must buy them
