I need an answer from you. I recently started doing some fitness exercises. Actually, it was 7 months ago, and I got pretty good at it. I shaped my body and build decent amount of strength. But now I feel tiredness more and more each day. My friends told me that I should start cross training, but, honestly, I do not know what that means. How do I cross train? How will that help me?

I had a similar problem a year ago. I like swimming, so I did it almost every day. Then, after a year of constant training, I felt so tired I was thinking that there is something seriously wrong with me. But, a friend help me. He told me that cross training would do good for me. Basically, you just have to add some different exercises to ones you are already doing. In this way, your muscles will react in a different way then they are used to, and rest a little. Of course, resting for a week or to would give same effects.
