Muscle weighs more than fat so that is actually a good thing then that you are muscular.
You're about to be hitting your growth spurt, if it hasn't already started. You're going to be growing a good several inches the next few years, you will fill out, not fat, but into a more masculine build. Just keep up the healthy diet and exercise. There are no quick fixes and you need the protein to develop properly. You don't want to starve yourself.
If anything, cut out the sugary drinks, sodas, and lay off breads. Drink water, a glass before each meal. It will make you feel fuller sooner.
Keep up with the exercise, more cardio, less body building. Try swimming for a really good exercise routine, it works everything gently.
