Hey yall I need some help in the very worst way. I am 20 years old and I am 5 foot 3 bout 180 and I am joining the army. So I need to lose a lot of weight like 60lbs in a big hurry and need to run 2 miles in under 14 min. I am by no means a runner but I want to be. I am totally out of shape and have next to no endurence but I am not letting that stop me because serving my country in the U.S Army is a life long dream. So if any of you could help me get started on building endurence and lose the weight I would very much in debt to you. Also I only have about 6 months to do it in!!!
