I'm new here, also new to running.
I have been kidding myself, thought that I could lose the 90 lbs that I gained during my pregnancy. Well, I did lose 60, but gained back 20. I also realize that I cannot starve the fat away, so I decided to start power-walking.
The power-walking is great, but I really don't work up much of a sweat and I have not budged a pound in over 3 weeks. I figured that if I bumped up my program to running/jogging a little, then I'd make a difference.
I know absolutely nothing about running, except that I need to warm up and wear decent sneakers.
I welcome any advice.
