Can you please explain me how can I tell if I have genital warts when I read that sometimes there are no symptoms, should I be tested or something else? I have a reason to suspect that I am infected that is why I am asking this.

The big problem with warts is that there are often no symptoms, or the warts develop inside the vagina so you can't see them, but in that case you can tell by itch. If you see small, skin-colored bumps on your genital area it is possible that you are infected. Your doctor will check you and decide if the bumps are warts, maybe he will ask you to do Papa smear.
