g'day i want to enter a fun run it's about 5km, and bout 6 months and a bit away.
I have been reading about periodised training, i was wondering how you would go about planning a program based on the periodised principles.
like what would i have to do durning the pre phase or the comp phase and so on.
Do you guys also weight train for endurance?
