I believe I have a problem with bingeing. I’m always hungry (or I think I am), and I really eat a lot. My friends tell me that I’ve gained weight during the last four or five months and they think that it is so obvious that I have a bingeing problem. I can’t stop myself, I go out from my working place to get some food, usually junk food, and I eat alone, sometimes even in the toilet. I suffer from insomnia, so I eat at night, too. How to stop myself from bingeing? This is obviously not a normal situation.

These symptoms are often found in persons who suffer from bingeing.
