I M 14 and I want o lose weight. I weight 148 right now and want to get down to about 120 or so. I eat about 1,500 calories a day , I am Pretty active but nothing seems to work please help me!!

I think that the main thing that you need, besides the healthy diet and exercise is a supporter. That can be anyone close to you, a friend or a member of the family. The best option would be a personal trainer, but, we're not Hollywood stars, unfortunately. This is importaint because when you have a set goal and someone there to remind you and keep track of your progress you really do get competative and make things happen even though you never believed they would.
