If you'd had an orgasm you'd have known. It's often helpful to experiment with yourself privately (if you have a massaging showerhead, they work great). Orgasms are a bit different for each woman, you're PC muscles begin contracting & you generally release quite a bit a fluids.
It can feel many different ways for everyone from just a warm fluttery feeling to a fully body draining experience.
